The location near tram stops is fantastic. It allowed easy access around the city. the apartment was very comfortable for our stay of several nights. grocery stores and restaurants nearby made it easy to eat in when we wanted.
the smart tv was small and not that useful. there was no safe in the room which was a little bit frustrating.

adequate stay with some issues
small tvsmoking restriction
the small tv was a bit of a letdown. (i expect better these days.) there was no safe in the room, which i found frustrating. as a smoker, i am used to not smoking in hotel rooms, but in this particular room, even though there was a large veranda and patio, i wasn't allowed to smoke outside. it takes 24 hours to get an invoice, which seems excessive.

The fully equipped kitchen included a stove and plenty of dishes, very useful .
I had issues with the room's temperature. The air conditioning seemed to be stuck on heating, even though it was quite warm outside. I contacted support through the app, but they weren't able to help (a simple instruction manual would have been great!).

the tram station being right next to the hotel was very convenient. the room was clean. i found all the necessary appliances i needed. free coffee being delicious was a definite plus!
the air conditioning didn't work. i was told it was due to city regulations. it was very warm and uncomfortable. we had to keep the window open and , made it very loud.

The building offers a co-working space and a gym. there is also a terrace. the entry system is electronic. It is a different experience from a traditional hotel. the building looks modern.
